Accommodation

The cottage: The tastefully furnished cottage sleeps three in a queen-sized bed and a pull-out sofa with quality linen, bedding and electric blankets supplied. A kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, hotplates, and all cooking utensils. The cottage has a private bathroom with towels and toiletries supplied. TV and gas BBQ are provided.

B & B suite: The suite has two single beds with its own bathroom. Quality linen, bedding and electric blankets are supplied.

Enjoy the private, sheltered sundecks, the luxury spa pool under a gazebo, lawns and picturesque gardens. Relax with stunning views of native bush and tranquil waters of the Bay of Islands. Listen to the sound of moreporks and kiwis (Russell is a kiwi protection area) and enjoy the star-lit, peaceful nights.

The Fiddler's Green is ideal for honeymoons or to rest from a long voyage.

We serve a gourmet breakfast (the old shellbacks would never have dreamt of) and a barbecue dinner churrasceria-style (on request).

Activities

The Fiddler's Green has easy access to beaches, all water activities, tennis, golf, bush walks, and gamefishing. Feel free to use our dinghies and kayaks.

Ten minutes drive takes you to downtown Russell with its restaurants, cafés, galleries, museum, giftshops, historic buildings and the wharf.

Rates

Cottage: $180 for the first night, $150 for all subsequent nights (for 2 people). $30 per night for extra person

B & B Suite: $120 per night for 2 people
